Facility Rentals

Our indoor baseball and softball training facility offers a coach-led training experience.  That’s why our space is only available for rental to Coaches for approved uses such as team practices/workouts, private lessons and small group sessions. Our clients include private coaches and trainers, little league/rec leagues, travel ball/club teams, high school teams, and college programs.

About the Space:

Extra Innings’ 4,000-square-foot training facility is fully turfed, and contains:

Two 50-foot Batting/Pitching Cages

One 60-foot Pitching Lane, and

One 70-foot Batting/Pitching Cage

The nets can be re-arranged to make multiple configurations for the space. Our facility is fully indoors, under cover, and out of the sun, but not air conditioned. The temperature inside is managed through the use of fans and fresh air from opening the large bay doors. This helps our Florida players acclimate to tournament-weekend conditions.

Current Rental Rates:

Rentals are done by area, for instance, you can rent one pitching lane, one pitching lane and one batting cage, half the facility, etc. Discounts are available for recurring use such as weekly team practice.

Each rental includes access to all training equipment in the facility including: balls, tees, slam balls, plyo balls, jump boxes, dumbbells, kettlebells, rebounders, cones, ladders, etc. Training equipment is shared and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A pitching machine is available to add on to your rental for an extra fee. Discounts are available for recurring rentals.

Rental Policies & Procedures:

To ensure a smooth rental experience for all, please:

• Arrive at the facility 5 minutes prior to your rental time.
• Be respectful and stay out of the training area until your rental time starts.
• Use the last 5 minutes of your rental time to reset the training area for the next team. 
• Make sure machines, balls, etc. are put away in their proper place before exiting the training area.

Coaches leading practices are responsible for ensuring their team participants adhere to our Facility Rules & Safety Guidelines and our Facility Code of Conduct.  These items are posted at the Facility and available for review at any time here:
